The client is seeking an Operations Associate for their advisory firm. They provide a holistic and Integrated Wealth Management approach to their clients’ personal wellness, health, career, and family. They are a 100% virtual practice.

Responsibilities

Key Activities & Duties:

Handle Client Servicing requests
Process New Business
Assist in the production of Financial Plans through the use of financial planning software

(eMoney and Holistiplan)

Analytical spreadsheet work
Generate reports for client meetings
Maintain Client database
Create content, design, and manage email marketing campaigns
Manage large-scale projects, as needed
Learning financial planning vocabulary and concepts

Qualifications

Role would require working a portion of time on West Coast U.S. based business hours.

Must have a background in Financial Planning and Analysis
