What You’ll Be Doing:
  • IT equipment support (PC/ Macbooks), logistics and hardware life-cycle management
  • Purchase, setup, configuration, restoration and shipment of IT equipment
  • Coordinate the delivery of onboarding kits and manage the offboarding process for IT equipment across multiple countries
  • Develop and document IT support procedures and protocols.
  • Liaise with department heads to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with end-users throughout the problem resolution process.
  • Design, implement and manage security measures for the protection of the organizations cloud based services using strong authentication and authorization
  • Work with department heads to define and then audit security policies across our PC/Mac, cloud, and mobile environments.

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • To be eligible for this role you must be based in São Paulo
  • 2+ years of experience with IT support experience
  • Strong technical IT skills (PC and MAC configurations)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English Level
