What You’ll Be Doing:
IT equipment support (PC/ Macbooks), logistics and hardware life-cycle management
Purchase, setup, configuration, restoration and shipment of IT equipment
Coordinate the delivery of onboarding kits and manage the offboarding process for IT equipment across multiple countries
Develop and document IT support procedures and protocols.
Liaise with department heads to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure timely and effective communication with end-users throughout the problem resolution process.
Design, implement and manage security measures for the protection of the organizations cloud based services using strong authentication and authorization
Work with department heads to define and then audit security policies across our PC/Mac, cloud, and mobile environments.
What We’re Looking For:
To be eligible for this role you must be based in São Paulo
2+ years of experience with IT support experience
Strong technical IT skills (PC and MAC configurations)
Excellent communication skills
Advanced English Level
