POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technology Adoption Lead is responsible for driving the successful implementation and integration of new technologies within the organization. This role works closely with attorneys and business professionals to understand their workflows and related challenges, to align their objectives with firm technology solutions, and to provide a range of supports to ensure that they can effectively integrate new tools and systems into how they work.This role helps ensure a smooth transition to new and evolving technology solutions and maximizes user adoption with the goal of enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others embrace new tools and systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop adoption strategies: Define and implement a range of strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies across the organization, during and beyond implementation.
  • Engage stakeholders and customers: Connect directly with stakeholders to educate them about new technologies and involve them in implementation and adoption efforts, especially as influencers.Document use cases to communicate to customers the practical ways to get value out of the technology.
  • Lead workshops to enable technology integration: Develop and run workshops to help teams integrate technologies into how they work.
  • Create and maintain adoption materials: Curate, or develop as necessary, resources in a variety of media to assist employees with quickly getting started with new technologies and to grow their capabilities over time.
  • Assist with communication and change management: Ensure communications clearly articulate the benefits of new technologies and help them understand the purpose and value of technology initiatives.Identify champions among user groups to help raise awareness through sharing solution benefits and personal success stories.
  • S upport effective user onboarding: Develop pathways to help individuals and teams quickly begin using new technologies and experience immediate value. Facilitate adoption through the new employee program by introducing new employees to new technologies at the right time.
  • Support effective user training: Coordinate with the training & adoption specialists to embed adoption strategies into training efforts and ensure training efforts help users to be comfortable and proficient with new technologies.
  • Capture and monitor adoption metrics: Monitor and report on technology adoption rates, user engagement levels, and user feedback to evaluate project success and guide future adoption strategies. Track key metrics like access frequency and feature utilization to understand how the technology is being used across teams. Gather user satisfaction data through feedback channels including surveys, focus groups, and direct interviews. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on these findings.
  • Keep informed of product developments: Be aware of feature enhancements to firm technologies. Raise awareness of these enhancements and help users to adopt them over time.
  • Work with quality assurance to advocate for technology improvements. Share user feedback and issues with the quality assurance manager to track concerns and monitor vendor progress toward improving the user experience and satisfying users’ objectives.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 + years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or a similar role required.
  • This role is fully remote and must reside in a commutable distance to the applicable local office.

SALARY

New York based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $131,000 - $152,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.

Washington DC based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $124,000 - $145,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.

Illinois based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $116,000 - $135,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. To tal compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
