Job Description

Monitor the performance of the Workday Financial system and ensure its continuous operation.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide end-user support.
Perform regular system updates and implement new features and modules
Configure system settings to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain advanced financial reports and analyses.
Provide end-user training and produce system documentation.
Develop procedures and manuals for the Workday Finance system.
Identifying areas for improvement and optimising finance business processes.
Implementing best practices and recommending system enhancements.

Requirements

At least one year of experience working with the Workday system, specifically in the financial area.
Workday Financial certifications will be a plus
Experience in finance system maintenance, user support, and technical troubleshooting.
Experience with Workday Finance implementation projects is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance modules such as Accounting, Assets, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, Grants Management, or Financial Planning.
Familiarity with system configuration, data management, reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of Workday reporting tools (advanced reporting, composite reporting).
Knowledge of tools and technologies that support the automation of finance processes.
Ability to analyse and optimise finance business processes.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under time pressure.
