About the Role:

Our Sermon Tools Team is looking for a Full-stack Software Developer in Mexico who can help us support thousands of pastors and churches in planning, preparing, presenting and publishing their sermons every week. The ideal candidate will be able to work on front-end UI, develop the supporting back-end services, and have a passion for building elegant solutions. 

You will be someone who can work well in a diverse environment of different languages and technologies. You should have expertise in responsive web and single-page applications, but you will also have opportunities in the services, data, and architecture overall.

NOTE: The applicant must be able to work from our Mexico offices or remotely within the country. 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Software development experience with multiple release cycles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
• Front-end experience with recent standards in: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Back-end software development skills in C# and database technologies like MySQL and Redis.
• Experience building mobile and desktop UI for the web.
• History of providing technical leadership in a team environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and standard methodologies for the full software development process, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Restful API design and implementation.
• Strong sense of customer empathy and desire to influence the product direction.
• Prior experience working with remote US-based teams.

The base gross monthly salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,400 - $125,000 MXN pesos per month. Logos salary ranges are determined by role and position level. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
