Job description

We are seeking an experienced Application Virtualization and Delivery Expert to join our dynamic team to 
provide services to one of our big pharma clients. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and 
maintaining secure application virtualization solutions within our Citrix environment. You will work closely with 
cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery and management of our software applications. 
 
Main Responsibilities: 
∙Implement and manage application virtualization solutions, including AppLocker, Illumio, FSLogix, and 
Group Policies for server hardening. 
∙Oversee and support the software packaging and distribution process. 
∙Collaborate with other teams to define and update software lifecycle management processes. 
∙Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency. 
∙Provide tier 3 support for incident resolution. 
∙Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Application Delivery team. 
∙Interact with various IT departments and business stakeholders. 
∙Collaborate on other projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed. 
 

Requirements

∙Proven experience in Microsoft systems administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy 
Objects (GPOs). 
∙Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python. 
∙Expertise in software packaging technologies and tools such as MSI, MSIX, Applications, and Flexera 
Admin Studio. 
∙Experience with software distribution tools like MS SCCM and Intune. 
∙Nice to have knowledge of Citrix environments and virtualized applications. 
∙Nice to have experience with networks and databases (SQL, MongoDB)  
∙Familiarity with API development and management is advantageous. 
∙Experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies is a plus. 
∙Availability to attend office 1-2 days a week in Sant Cugat, Barcelona 
∙Ability to communicate with stakeholders and internal customers 
∙Ability to work in a global team environment 
∙Accountability, ownership and methodic skills 
∙B2 minimum level of English (Written/Spoken)
