Job description

We are looking for a digital marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience helping small businesses grow. You should have experience working at a marketing agency (or similar) focusing on small business owners. You helped your clients grow their business by setting up email marketing campaigns, managing their social media, optimizing their website (SEO), and using a variety of other practical, cost-effective marketing solutions. You are creative, can adapt to different situations quickly, are handy with technology, and have great organizational abilities. You also have a fluent level of English (spoken and written), have confidence in front of a camera, and have excellent written and spoken communication skills that enable you to forge meaningful relationships.


Please note that only candidates based in Central/South America will be considered for this position.

The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm for EST to PST timezones.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as account manager to a vast portfolio of customers who own small businesses

  • Conduct monthly video calls with your clients every day to progress them along a defined marketing program suited to their business needs

  • Improve the marketing curriculum for small businesses

  • Educate customers on the opportunities within their business sector

  • Educate customers and set up marketing tools and strategies to scale their businesses

  • Understand our customer needs and demonstrate how the UENI platform can make a positive impact on their business

  • Work closely with other teams (e.g. content, product, customer support) to deliver a great customer experience

  • Introduce UENI users to our different tools, services and products they can benefit from, and help onboard them where appropriate

  • Develop and maintain positive customer care experience and satisfaction

  • Provide comprehensive solutions to issues with customers’ online assets (social media) or answers to marketing questions customers may have during the monthly video calls
