Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Leader to drive sales of IT services within the automotive sector. This individual will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across automotive accounts, acting as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves developing strategic account plans, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across automotive accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to address their needs with tailored Be-Spoke / SaaS / AI based solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads and BU leadership to craft strategic account plans aimed at meeting revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the high-quality execution of critical projects, addressing client concerns proactively and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for key client engagements, clearly articulating the value of proposed solutions.
  • Stay informed about automotive industry trends, including EVs, mobility, and supply chain dynamics, and use insights to advise clients and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Nurture and build existing CXO-level relationships within the automotive sector and facilitate strategic meetings that drive long-term Nagarro partnerships.
  • Streamline sales processes to reduce costs, improve conversion rates, and maximize efficiency.
  • Secure long-term, profitable partnerships with key players in the automotive industry.

Qualifications
  • A top-performing sales professional with strong relationships in the automotive industry, able to leverage their connections to drive value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or any related field (MBA is preferred)
  • 10 + years of IT sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector, with a strong focus on IT solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly with emerging trends such as electric vehicles (EVs), mobility services, and supply chain innovations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the CXO level.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the automotive IT sales
  • Experience collaborating with internal delivery and business unit teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
