Job description

Department Overview

Function/Duties of Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.

  • Checking out/handing out supplies to students during Dental Student Simulation Lab
  • Stocking supply carts with supplies for students to use during courses and individual simulation activity
  • Participating in SIM related special projects including SIM storage organization and the transfer of inventory to new inventory management system

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
  • Demonstrable record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performance
  • Demonstrated exemplary tact, discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and understand written and oral instructions in English
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service experience
