In this role, you'll support DCI's operations staff by providing critical technical support in Linux and Oracle environments. You'll manage nightly support rotations, research and resolve processing issues, and support various internal teams, ensuring seamless bank operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Imagine starting your day managing scripts that power critical banking operations, followed by troubleshooting issues in nightly batch processing cycles. You'll work with internal teams to test and implement new workflows, and by the end of the day, you'll have made a tangible impact on community banks, ensuring their operations run smoothly and effectively.
