Description
Are you a driven public safety leader ready to lead strategic sales and business development in one of the most critical regions in the United States? Mission Critical Partners (MCP) is seeking a Client Services Director (CSD) to identify and secure new business opportunities, working closely with public safety agencies and federal programs to tackle mission-critical challenges. This role gives you the opportunity to help drive MCP’s growth while delivering innovative solutions that enhance public safety and justice across the Central US/Texas region.
The primary role of a CSD within MCP is to work in a dedicated region to seek, identify, and secure potential opportunities where MCP can support current and prospective clients in solving their problems, while helping MCP grow our business and meet our firm’s goals.
Serving as the primary business development contact for MCP within the Central US/Texas region, this role is your opportunity to lead impactful change, working closely with public sector professionals and organizations to provide insightful, innovative approaches to both existing and emerging issues. MCP's collective expertise—drawn from over 200 practitioners on staff and our extensive experience working across the U.S.—will be at your disposal to solve mission-critical challenges that improve community safety. Whether it's enhancing response times, driving data integration, or leveraging next-generation technology, you’ll be at the forefront of solutions that save lives and improve justice delivery nationwide.
At MCP, we take immense pride in seeing our clients succeed, and we celebrate their victories. When you join our team, you’re not just taking the next step in your career—you’re helping build safer, stronger communities across the country.
Why this Role Matters:
At MCP, public safety is more than a job; it’s a mission. As a CSD, you’ll bring your field experience to a client-centric combination of business development and consulting, helping public safety organizations modernize their operations and deliver better outcomes for their communities. You will also collaborate with federal partners to provide valuable insight into programs that shape national public safety initiatives—giving you the unique opportunity to impact not just local agencies, but the future of public safety across the U.S.
