PAY RANGE UP TO $63.50 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL)


Sr. Product Manager needed in San Diego, California 92122 for a short-term contract opportunity with Yoh’s client.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform market research, including KOL interviews, to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Work with R&D to define product updates and new features.
• Ensure buy-in on product design from key internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Technical Support teams and other relevant functions to support on-market products, grow the business and identify new business opportunities.
• Hybrid work schedule or Remote (must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones)

What You Need to Bring to the Table: 

• Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree and/or PhD Preferred, in relevant technical and/or business field.
• Experience / knowledge in oncology testing and particularly NGS oncology assays is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product management experience; experience working in customer facing roles (field support, sales or marketing); experience conducting market research, working with key opinion leaders, working on product development programs.
• Demonstrated analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent listening, self-motivation, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once
• Ability to communicate requirements and negotiate priorities internally and across the organization
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
