Job Description
  • Implementar políticas, processos e ferramentas para definição, responsabilização e democratização dos dados
  • Capacidade analítica para resolução de problemas (análise e correção de bugs)
  • Experiência em linguagens de programação relevantes para engenharia de dados, como Apache Spark, Python, Pyspark ou SQL, para manipular, analisar e transformar dados
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de Dados em Cloud (AWS, Azure e GCP)
  • Experiência com ferramentas de orquestração de dados, como Apache Airflos
  • Experiência em Databricks, Data Lake, Camadas do Lakehouse
  • Lidar com várias prioridades concorrentes, assumindo responsabilidades e riscos em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado e constante mudança
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Capacidade de inovação e aprendizado contínuo para se manter atualizado com novas tecnologias e práticas de mercado
  • Habilidade de liderança para motivar equipes técnicas Inglês avançado (Diferencial)
