About the Role:
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will source candidates for various roles within our organization, particularly in the IT sector. This role is crucial in streamlining our recruiting process and ensuring we find the right talent efficiently.
What you’ll do:
Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.) to source US-based candidates based on job qualifications provided.
Conduct Boolean searches to create targeted candidate lists.
Perform initial outreach to candidates via email or LinkedIn InMail to gauge interest.
Show recruiters the resumes or profiles of those interested in the job.
Schedule interviews between interested candidates and recruiters.
Maintain records of candidate interactions and progress in our CRM system (Bullhorn).
Assist in administrative tasks related to the recruiting process.
