Overview

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst specializing in Blue Prism plays a critical role in automating business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort within the organization. This position is essential for driving the digital transformation strategy, enabling the company to leverage automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA methodologies and will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Blue Prism solutions. By streamlining processes and ensuring optimal functionality, the RPA Analyst will contribute significantly to cost savings and improved accuracy in task execution.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions.
Create process maps and process documentation for automation workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Test and validate RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance standards.
Monitor RPA performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Provide support and training to end-users on RPA tools.
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for developed solutions.
Implement best practices for RPA deployment and governance.
Stay updated on RPA technology trends and methodologies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to automation.
Assist in creating RPA project plans and timelines.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure systems and infrastructure support RPA initiatives.
Report on project status and performance metrics to management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
Strong knowledge of process analysis, design, and documentation methodologies.
Experience with programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Java.
Understanding of basic data structures and algorithm concepts.
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle).
Experience in IT project management methodologies (AGILE, SCRUM).
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certifications in Blue Prism (e.g., Blue Prism Developer or Blue Prism Professional Developer) preferred.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
Prior experience in a corporate IT environment is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
