Dynamics Sales/Customer Service CRM Technician

Remote R48 000- 80 000 PM

3-4 month contract

Managed IT services company seeks a Dynamics Sales/Customer Service CRM Technician

  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of Dynamics 365 is essential. Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Customer Service and Sales modules is needed.
  • Sales and Service Process Optimization:
    • Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
    • Expertise in configuring workflows, automations, and business rules to streamline sales and service operations.
    • Knowledge of Customer Service Workspace is a huge PLUS
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Proactive identification of system issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions.
    • Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT.
    • Ability to work closely with end-users, understanding their pain points, and providing timely support.
