What We’re Looking For Person with:

Language Skills: Fluency in German (B2 or higher) is required; English (B2 or higher) proficiency is essential.
Eligibility to Work in Bulgaria: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country.
Experience: Prior experience in outsourcing support is a plus, but not mandatory—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are necessary to navigate systems efficiently.
Privacy Adherence: Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to privacy standards.
Adaptability: Adjust to evolving tasks, ensuring successful adaptation to dynamic environment.
Customer-Oriented Mindset: A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
Empathy and People Skills: Connect with customers effectively, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
Flexibility: Able to approach challenges with a strategic mindset, analyzing problems from various perspectives and developing effective solutions to complex challenges.
