As an Accenture ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing the end-to-end solution of Accenture’s large transformational managed service contracts as part of the sales process and for coordinating the solution process across Europe. Within this role, you will help us expand our “Marketwide” function within the ServiceNow Business Group – providing an opportunity to collaborate & define cutting-edge solutions for our largest enterprise clients across our European ecosystem.

Accenture ServiceNow Global Practice is responsible for building, selling and delivering solutions that are based on ServiceNow products (ITxM, Security, HR, Customer Service, and Platform Applications). Our portfolio encompasses the selling of the ServiceNow products, the implementation of the solution, and its long-term maintenance/management (Application Management Services or DevOps support).
Key Responsibilities:
Design a technical ServiceNow solution aligned with the client’s business needs.
Cooperate with the Sales Capture Manager with scoping complex service engagements.
Bring the operational experience to bear to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to the Accenture ServiceNow Team.
Develop and negotiate contract content/proposal responses to ensure the ServiceNow solution is contracted to deliver client and Accenture value.
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design and deliverables.

This is what you already have:
University or equivalent degree in an IT-related field.
Experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions leveraging enterprise platforms.
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow solutions.
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Working experience in the agile software development environment (e.g., Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).
Self-motivation and ability to work in self-organized teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
