Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to align project objectives with business goals, fostering collaboration and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, consultants, and account managers, to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating when necessary to maintain project momentum.
Monitor project performance, analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and quality assurance guidelines.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with clients in the legal or professional services industries is highly desirable.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Must be a US citizen or have rights to work in the US.
