Project Overview

Our client is facing critical performance challenges with their ITX system following an upgrade to the Mainframe, which now has "Capacity on Demand" enabled. This upgrade has resulted in significant transaction slowdowns, causing major operational challenges.

We are seeking a Senior ITX Assistance Support Professional to address performance tuning and multithreading issues and provide expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and resolve performance tuning and multi threading issues in the ITX system.

Collaborate remotely with the client to understand the system architecture and issues.

Develop and implement solutions to restore and improve transaction speeds.

Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the client team as needed.
