This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137 providing clerical support for the Nursing Department. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. Some flexibility may be necessary.
You will be working with staff who enjoy caring for others and want to make a difference in the lives of those impacted by a mental illness or developmental disability. You can make a difference in the lives of our consumers, so they too have the opportunity to pursue their dreams, live their lives to the fullest, and be a valued member of their community.
Assist Employee Health Nurse with records.
Assist with filing nursing medical reports.
Assist with tracking fax documents.
Track immunizations for consumers.
Maintaining updated information on nursing forms.
Assist with other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing.
One to three years of experience in clerical or general office support work and possession of a high school diploma or equivalency. (College credit hours may substitute for the required experience.)
The successful candidate will be organized, dependable and have the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel with confidence.
