This position supports people with disabilities and their families in directing their own services. The Support Broker provides information; guidance and technical assistance to the individuals who choose to self-direct their services so that s/he can access, organize and utilize opportunities, resources and services necessary to live a self-determined life.
This is part-time (that will transition to full-time), hybrid / remote position based in the Southeastern region of PA. Candidates must live in and be willing to travel within Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia counties and be familiar with the communities served.
