Job description
Understand and analyze requirements including identifying any gaps or missing information needed to perform testing activities.
Test cases planning, development, and execution (Field and Bench based).
Analyze executed test cases and confirm that the software behavior is conforming to the requirements documents.
Report findings and bugs to the defect management system.
Report major findings (System/software Issues) to customers.
Communicate testing project status for Projects and R&D Management and solve conflicts.
Perform test automation.
Contribute in defining the testing strategy.
Conduct technical reviews on testing artifacts for the process, company testing strategy and standards compliance.
Review testing related change requests and provide estimates based on related standard estimation models or experience based.
Design and deploy test benches according to the customer's requirements.
Communicate effectively with other teams and understand the technical aspects.
Follow the configuration management process.
Maintain Avelabs quality standards for project's deliverables.
Suggest and implement innovative solutions for project challenges.
Prepare and conduct technical training.
Handle customer challenges and other project stakeholder ‘s communications.
Highlight opportunities that can increase the scope of the current project tasks.
