Participate in various aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation and timely filing of reports required with the SEC, including reports on 10‐Q, 10‐K and other filings.
Assist with year‐end audits.
Assist the Accounting Project Manager with projects as assigned.
Preparation of monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements.
Training new and existing staff as needed.
Participates in the financial accounting integration within the ERP system, ensuring internal controls are implemented and efficient processes are designed, documented and followed.
Participates in the budget process and ad hoc projects, as required.
Maintain technical alignment with key stakeholders.
Possess a high-level understanding of computer programming languages.
Check the software projects periodically to evaluate its performance and provide updates.
Maintain technical alignment with key stakeholders.
Lead team through all testing and training phases.
Possess strong knowledge of project management processes.

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
