You'll be working in a team building a great mobile experience for one of the largest resorts and casino companies in Southeast Asia with a focus on its most valuable Guests. User experience is a key so tight collaboration between Design, Engineering and Business team will be essential. It is a business-critical application that is an actively evolving product that has to grow fast, so high engineering standards are important. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our digital business processes, systems, and strategies. Your expertise will be integral in driving the success of our organization's digital initiatives and ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
Knowledge of Cantonese
Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, its principles, values, and practices. Experience of running scrum activities and ceremonies. Able to guide the team in implementing Scrum effectively and ensure adherence to its processes.
Experience working for mobile, web or other frontend products
Experience with mobile app analytics tool and performance metrics
Experience using Jira, Conflunce, miro, figma and other product development/ management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for digital projects, initiatives, and enhancements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Gather, document, and analyze business needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop comprehensive business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful project implementation.
Convert business requirements into user stories.
Conduct UAT with stakeholders and drive for sign off before feature release and make sure the developed features align with business requirements.
Perform data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital business analysis to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Take up any other tasks assigned by the product owner and the product director.
