Develop and manage reports using BI Publisher, including RTF design, eText, scheduling, parameter handling, bursting, and report migration.
Utilize additional reporting tools such as HCM Extract, OTBI, and Analysis Dashboards. Work on Fusion ERP Technical Architecture with modules like Core HR, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, etc.
Extend Oracle Cloud capabilities using the personalization layer.
Automate inbound data loads using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader. Identify and map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for modules like Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benets, and Payroll.
Work on transformation formulas and automate processes for HCM.
