Job Purpose

You will be a leader of a high-performance feature-driven development team responsible for building enterprise-level e-commerce platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to implement robust and scalable applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Maintain and improve existing applications, implementing new features based on business requirements.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of the application.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Expert level with minimum 5 years experience in hand-coding in CSS and HTML (including HTML5, CSS3);
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Foundation, Bootstrap, etc.) & preprocessors (LESS, Sass, etc.);
• Experience with responsive web design approach;
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, and related libraries in cross-platform development;
• Experience with task runners (Grunt, Gulp, etc.);
• Experience with client-side code performance optimization, debugging, and debugging tools;
• Common understanding of cross-browser/platform issues;
• Proficiency with Adobe CS package (Photoshop/Fireworks, etc.);
• Must be an independent, self-motivated team player who is meticulous and methodical in creating solutions;
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
• Intermediate spoken and written English communication skills

Good to have:

• Personal portfolio of completed projects/products;
• Experience working in geographically distributed teams;
• Experience developing e-commerce and mobile solutions is highly desired;
• Experience developing in Java, PHP, or other scripting languages;
