YOUR MISSION

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role helping manage Top Accounts at Glovo.

THE JOURNEY

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:

  • Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar
  • Get feedback from our stores and translate it into process improvements
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Work closely with all the departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects
  • Help and learn from Senior Account Managers on any topics related to partners management and daily challenges

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • One or two years of work experience in a sales or marketing field. FMCG is a plus.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Data-driven skills
  • Good skills in MS Office, Looker and Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is a must
  • Immediate availability is a plus
  • Overall Good People Skills - you’ll be talking to a lot of external stakeholders
