We are looking for a dedicated, self-starter Account Manager with a strong focus on Customer Success to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, reducing churn, and ensuring the overall success of our SMB and Mid-Market accounts. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering value that aligns with their business goals.
Responsibilities:
Customer lifecycle management- A CSM for all phases of the customer journey. While they might not ‘own’ the onboarding stage, they are responsible to make sure they are informed of the progress, and help rally the business around solutions to implementation completion blockers.
Renewal motion- Retention and expansion are key components of the role. While the interplay between Sales and CS may vary by customer, it is the CSM’s responsibility to make sure that a timely and efficient renewal motion is planned and executed.
Project Management- An Enterprise CSM is responsible for managing multiple projects with their customer base. There may be: product requests, new feature deploys, bug coordination, product marketing, etc. Being able to manage multiple projects with multiple customers is vital to success.
Be an advocate for IRE and our suite of products and solutions.
Provide just in time training and consulting to customers in need.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years in a customer-facing role (Account Management / Sales), ideally for enterprise software, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company
Ability to manage complex issues and coordinate solutions across multiple business channels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Capable of leveraging technical knowledge to drive solutions while collaborating closely with Product/Engineering teams
Ability to present to clients, peers and superiors
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time while communicating updates to key stakeholders.
Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
Passionate about customer success and thrives in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across teams, collaborating to achieve shared goals
Proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and strategically to address client challenges
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making and client recommendations
Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems
