Up to 1 to 1.5 years of experience in social media management or a related role, with a bachelor's degree in a marketing or similar field. Proficient in using social media platforms, most importantly TikTok and Instagram, but may include Facebook, Twitter, etc., and other CRM or scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). Strong organizational skills to manage affiliate assignments. Genuine interest in the fashion industry and the ability to align content and strategies with current trends. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage social media communities.

Core responsibilities:

Help manage and grow the client's social media presence across multiple platforms, including helping create content, and scheduling/posting content. Assign unique tracking numbers to affiliates and track their activities to ensure smooth operation of the program. Manage tasks related to affiliate sales, which may include tracking commissions, processing payouts, and updating records. Help design and develop engaging content/videos that align with the brand's voice and target audience, particularly in the fashion industry. Monitor social media accounts for comments, questions, and messages, engaging with followers to foster a strong online community. Track and report on social media performance and affiliate program metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
