Job Requirements: 

  • 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, graphic design, and video editing, along with familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines, and to create and edit marketing materials.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, conduct market research, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Understanding of sports, including the process for parents and what it takes to sign their kids up for trials, reflecting an awareness of their needs and motivations.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, handle changing priorities, and quickly learn new skills.
  • Diligent and self-managing, demonstrating a high level of initiative and reliability.
  • Proficiency in generating leads through Facebook and other platforms.
  • Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Twilio, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Core responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance analysis.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for various marketing materials, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media management, and SEO.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate logistics for marketing events and activities.
  • Complete administrative tasks as directed, including membership renewals, sign-ups, and email updates.
  • Define and manage marketing campaign needs, including specifying the required amount of marketing leads.
  • Integrate marketing activities with main software platforms to ensure efficient tracking and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Generate leads through Facebook and other social media platforms to support business growth.
  • Increase social media presence and engagement across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and reach.
