Roles and Responsibilities for Offshore Business Analyst - Remote Role

1. High Proficiency in PowerPoint

- Develop high-quality presentations: Create visually engaging, professional presentations that effectively communicate project updates, research findings, and strategic recommendations.

- Storyboarding and data visualization: Design slides that clearly convey complex information through charts, graphs, and other visual elements, ensuring ease of understanding for stakeholders.

- Presentation refinement: Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations based on feedback from the team, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and alignment with the project’s objectives.

2. Ability to Conduct Thorough Research

- Industry research: Perform in-depth research on healthcare trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the U.S. healthcare industry.

- Competitor and market analysis: Collect and analyze data on competitors, payer strategies, provider networks, and technology solutions to support decision-making.

- Synthesize insights: Compile research into clear, actionable insights and reports, providing well-supported recommendations to the U.S. team.

3. Ability to Ramp Up in the U.S. Healthcare System

- Learn U.S. healthcare frameworks: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including providers, payers, regulatory bodies, and reimbursement models.

- Understand key healthcare terminology: Become proficient in healthcare-specific terms such as claims, Epic, membership management, and digital care

4. Ability to Collaborate with U.S.-Based Team

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with U.S.-based business analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Clear communication: Ensure seamless communication across time zones, leveraging digital collaboration tools

5. Additional Responsibilities

- Data analysis and reporting: Use Excel or other tools to analyze data, interpret trends, and produce comprehensive reports that support business decisions.

- Timely delivery: Ensure that all tasks, from research to presentation development, are completed within the agreed deadlines and maintain high standards of quality throughout.
