Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services efficiently.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products and enhance your customer support skills.
Gather and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality and processes.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in technical support or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Comfortable working on a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
