Job description

Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Job Description

Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation packages. Evaluate job positions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Participate in and analyze salary surveys to gather data on compensation trends and practices. Prepare and present compensation reports and recommendations to management. Provide insights on compensation trends and issues. Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay updated on compensation-related legislation and best practices. Work closely with HR, finance, and management teams to develop and implement compensation strategies and programs.

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

The shift is Monday-Friday and would prefer for 8 am to 5 pm CST, however, we can be a little bit flexible.
