Job Description
  • You will gain exciting insights into the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion dimensions at Mazars and play an active role in establishing and promoting diversity throughout the company.
  • You will be involved in the conception, organisation and implementation of forward-looking Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects and contribute ideas for the further development of the network, relevant formats and content.
  • You will research current diversity trends, set pioneering impulses and create project-specific and sophisticated content (e.g. (video) campaigns, presentations, reports) for internal and external corporate communications.
  • You will support the planning and implementation of target group-specific measures, events and workshops.
  • You will support the impact measurement of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion measures.

Qualifications
  • Enrolled student in the field of social sciences, sociology, gender studies, diversity management, (economic) psychology, communications or economics or similar.
  • High interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics, ideally relevant practical experience e.g. in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR, project management through internships or working student activities
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications and a high affinity for numbers
  • A proactive and structured approach to work as well as openness, curiosity and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • A keen sense of social trends in relation different target groups
  • Fluent in English with excellent stylistic and textual confidence. Another language is an advantage.
