Join our Development and Implementation Team as a Project Development Manager, and lead progress that means more.
The Development and Implementation (D&I) team works to develop evidence-based services for children & families, and to scale & implement them with external partners to maximise the numbers of children who can benefit from the services.
Project Development Managers lead the development of services and resources, this role will focus on our Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse theme. The innovative services we develop are a critical part of the NSPCC's fight for every childhood.
The Project Development Manager is responsible for scoping, leading and project managing development of services and products to set timescales and budgets.
We take a matrix approach to service development and design, bringing together people, resources, skill, and talent from across the organisation to conceptualize, design and create new programmes, services, and products.
Our Project Development Managers work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all new developments are informed and underpinned by evidence, have a theory of change, and support the NSPCC in delivering its strategy.

Could you lead a matrix approach to service development and design, bringing together a large and multi-faceted project team to conceptualize, design and create new programmes, services, and products?

Experienced in the successful design and development of innovative, evidence-based services, including the development of high-quality materials and resources.
Have knowledge relevant to Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) service development
Experienced in managing complex, fast paced, client relationships and cross organisational teams to deliver multiple projects involving many stakeholders and teams in their delivery.
Proven ability to work to deadlines & manage multiple projects at once with differing timescales & deadlines and the ability to objectively consider feedback & implement change where necessary
A great communicator who can build positive relationships and really get the best out of people.
