We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Presales Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of presales experience and a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, particularly in Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insight – Journey applications. This role is pivotal in our sales process, working closely with sales teams, clients, and technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Presales Support: Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and articulate the value proposition of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Technical Leadership: Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements, translating them into effective solution designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery.
Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
Documentation: Prepare detailed solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate solution designs to clients and stakeholders.
Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement to sales teams and clients on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a presales role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: D365 Sales Functional Consultant, Power Platform Solution Architect, D365 Customer Service Functional Consultant.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
