Job description

Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 to ₹50,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and location)

Work Experience: 5+ years in engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, or related field). A Master's degree or MBA is a plus
Professional certifications relevant to the field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and scope
Develop and implement engineering processes, best practices, and standards to enhance team efficiency
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues as they arise
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization
Facilitate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities for team members
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and improve engineering practices
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure project success and client satisfaction
