We are looking for a highly qualified and highly motivated Manager of Financial Systems. Reporting to the VP of Financial Systems the ideal candidate would be a techno functional experienced professional with background in ERP systems implementation and support. Oracle ERP cloud experience with focus on Order to Cash is a must for this role. The Manager of Financial Systems will be responsible for delivery of projects involving planning, design, development, training and support
The Manager of Financial Systems will lead the planning, design, configuration and deployment of financial systems in support of core organizational functions and processes. The team will constantly face new challenges and expanded requirements as our business evolves and scales globally
This role will work closely with business partners/stakeholders to transform business processes into effective, efficient and scalable solutions
Job Duties:
Provide oversight for systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support within the Oracle Fusion/ERP cloud and other supporting business applications
Provide day to day support to business users for smooth running of business processes as well month-end, quarter-end processes
Manage internal and contractor, onshore and offshore team members
interpersonal skills, teamwork and professional ethic
Ensure smooth running of systems and timely resolution of issues
Coordinate the implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, updates, patches, and fixes to assure optimal system performance, data integrity, and reliability
Coordinate and monitor system integration tests and users acceptance tests
Serves as a key technical/functional interface between IT and all business functions dependent on financial systems
Serve as hands-on lead to identify and suggest approaches to resolve issues
Provide expertise around the realization of business requests and technical design specifications
Responsible for developing, distributing, supporting, enforcing, and integrating best practices and technology standards across the organization
Job Requirements & Experience:
BA or BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of hands on experience with Oracle ERP Applications – EBS and ERP Cloud
Experience of at least one full cycle implementation of Oracle ERP cloud required
Strong hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ERP cloud applications for order to cash modules – AR, Order Management, Inventory, Service Contracts/Subscription Management and RMCS
Must have experience of implementing and supporting global implementation with multiple ledgers, currency and business units
7+ years of increasingly responsible experience in designing and delivering successful projects and implementing technical solutions for business process problems
Must have experience with the different data conversion/integration methods into Oracle ERP Cloud (FBDI, HDL, ADFDi)
Proven expertise in software technical design, planning, project management, implementation and support for Oracle ERP systems
Experience is supporting users spread across multiple locations
Ability to interact with senior leaders and adapt style as needed for technical or non-technical audiences
Must be knowledgeable in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to Order to Cash modules schemas/products, standard (API’s) application program interfaces, data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion, integration and reporting support
Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis skills. Able to readily diagnose system deficiencies and independently design and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems
Knowledge of general accounting and corporate financial reporting is a plus
MS degree, Oracle ERP cloud certifications a plus
Disclosure as required by state laws, the salary for this role is between $150,000 - $165,000, health insurance, and 401K.
