Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Milan. This position is part of a future pipeline, ensuring we have top talent ready to lead and grow our key clients and partners, and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions within South East region.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Dassault Systèmes' goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential
Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and support to ensure client needs are met and aligned with company objectives
Act as a client advocate within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that client feedback is communicated effectively and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors
Over 5 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients or in the partner channel
Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus
Experience in Transportation & Mobility, Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense Industry will be a big plus
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
Willingness to travel as needed
Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
