Position is 100% remote; however, candidates should reside near one of Molina's operating centers in Florida (Remote), Ohio (Columbus), Mississippi (Jackson), Kentucky (Louisville), New Mexico (Albuquerque), Texas (Irving), California (Long Beach) or Washington (Bothell)
MUST HAVE: Experience delivering Instructor Led Training via WebEx or other virtual framework, experience delivering training to staff contact center needs, experience in Healthcare to include knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace
Job Summary
· Analyzes and determines training needs and problems. Develops, administers and implements all training programs in accordance with the Business' initiatives and strategies. Conducts special courses designed for training selected groups of employees.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Consults with plan/Corporate leadership in assessing and meeting specific training needs.
Develops and conducts training in managerial and leadership development including both group facilitation as well as individual coaching to mitigate specific skill gaps.
Conducts needs analyses for beginning to intermediate complexity training projects.
Evaluates data and organizational needs to identify learning and development issues. Works with the department management to design and implement improvements.
Designs curriculum for beginning to intermediate complexity including Level 3 evaluations.
Consults with business partners to improve learning outcomes.
Serves as an enterprise-wide subject matter expert on the content areas in which they specialize.
Creates, maintains, and manages small to medium training project plans.
Designs and maintains course curriculum and skill checks.
Manages the learning environment for classroom setup, systems setup, course materials, media, and on-line learning.
Consults with organizational leadership in assessing and meeting onboarding orientation needs especially regarding in-house leadership.
Helps conduct needs analyses for advanced complexity training projects.
Assists with evaluating data and organizational needs to identify learning and development issues. Works with the department management to design and implement improvements.
Develops and facilitates the organization's managerial/leadership training program.
Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience: 1-3 years for a Trainer and 3-5 years for a Sr. Trainer
