Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into visual representations of new product and packaging concepts.
Generate a high volume of visual assets, in a short time frame (in real time, and within a day) including product mockups, packaging variations, and brand explorations, using a combination of AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL-E and Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Explore a wide range of visual possibilities, experimenting with different styles, formats, and levels of fidelity based on the specific needs of each project.
Present your work clearly and concisely, articulating design decisions and their impact on the learning process.
Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handling multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
At least 6 months in AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
