CAR Rental - Customer Service Agent:
Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments);
Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required);
Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
Native/Fluent in German or Dutch
Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG);
Good Problem-Solving Skills;
Strong troubleshooting skills;
Familiar with Technology;
Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong, so this is a very good skill to have);
Previous experience in any customer facing role.
Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable
