Role: Salesforce Solution Architect with Oracle HCM knowledge
Location: Remote

Required skillset:
1. Salesforce Lightning
2. Salesforce Security
3. Salesforce Visualforce coding
4. Apex programming
5. Oracle (Position is 75% Salesforce and 25% Oracle)

Job Summary:
Required:
• Designed and lead build of complex process management using Salesforce.
• High proficiency in process design and data modelling.
• Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps.
• Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders.
• Hand-on experience with Salesforce build tools – Flows, App builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and Visualforce.
• Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud org.
• Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR.

Preferred:
• Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on ExactTarget.
• Experience with complex data conversion modelling.
