ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Technical Lead to join a well-established software management house based in Liverpool. This role comes with flexible hours and a remote working option.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for a small team that delivers software in an agile manner. The right candidate will be comfortable with people management.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining coding standards
Conducting Technical reviews
Daily Sprint, Scrum planning

Key Skills:

OO PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery
MVC frameworks, preferably Laravel/Symfony
Knowledge of RESTful API principles
Experience leading an Agile team.
Microservice architecture
Docker
KAFKA/event driven architecture
Unit testing/TDD
