Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultant with Adobe Form, BRF+, Workforce Configuration Development
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with expertise in Adobe Form, BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus), and Workforce Configuration Development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ABAP programming and experience in developing and customizing Adobe Forms, implementing BRF+ for business rules, and configuring workforce-related functionalities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our SAP landscape.
Responsibilities:
- ABAP Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SAP ABAP programs to meet business requirements.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
- Adobe Form Development:
- Customize and enhance SAP Adobe Forms for various business processes, including invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Integrate Adobe Forms with backend SAP modules to generate dynamic and interactive forms.
- BRF+ Implementation:
- Configure and implement business rules using BRF+ to automate decision-making processes within SAP applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into BRF+ rulesets.
- Workforce Configuration Development:
- Develop and configure workforce-related functionalities such as organizational structure, job profiles, and employee data management.
- Customize and enhance SAP HR and HCM (Human Capital Management) modules to meet workforce management requirements.
- Integration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ABAP developments, Adobe Forms, BRF+ rules, and workforce configurations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP, Adobe Form, BRF+, and workforce-related issues.
- Documentation and Training:
- Prepare technical documentation for ABAP programs, Adobe Form templates, BRF+ rulesets, and workforce configurations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant with expertise in Adobe Form, BRF+, and workforce configuration development.
- Strong ABAP programming skills and experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Proficiency in customizing and enhancing Adobe Forms for SAP applications.
- Experience in configuring business rules using BRF+ within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of SAP HR and HCM modules and workforce management processes.
