Freelance IT mentor/trainer (online and offline)

About us

Codecool is a growing network of international coding schools in the EU. Our mission is to reinvent IT education and solve companies' ever-growing IT talent gap by giving coding careers to a wide range of people. 

We have more than 200 partner companies (in Hungary) who are ready to upskill and reskill their colleagues. 

We are looking for freelancers who can contribute to our brand-new training project. 

Are you comfortable teaching, training people? Great! Join us as a contractor mentor.

What will be your responsibilities?

👉you will work closely with our project manager who will be the first point of contact of our customers - we would be happy if you could join us for the client meetings to understand their needs better

👉once we have a planned training session, it’s your turn to step up as a trainer: you’ll facilitate the training either online or offline, depending on the client and the session

👉you will have to prepare the training material for the classes

This is the project where you are going to be satisfied if …

✔️you are proactive, have new ideas and you are open to implementing those in to trainings

✔️you know what it means to work with “ownership”: you are responsible for your own work and actions, as long as you are motivated and aligned with our goals, the sky's the limit!

✔️you love working with people - it’s totally okay if you don’t have educational experience, we will teach you the Codecool mentor method
