Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a TIBCO Administrator with a focus on Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of TIBCO middleware products (e.g., TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS).
• Experience with Rabbit MQ preferred.
• Experience with Axway preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, including command-line operations.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
• TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
