We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Designer and Developer to join our team on an hourly contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and extensive experience in WordPress implementation, including theme customization and development.

Responsibilities:

Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
Customize and adapt existing WordPress themes to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement new features and functionality within WordPress environments.
Ensure website performance and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Provide technical support and maintenance for WordPress sites as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer and Designer.
Strong knowledge of web design and aesthetic principles.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Comfortable working with WordPress themes and the ability to customize them as needed.
Experience with the Bridge theme is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
